We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened items. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

Yes, all FirmTech electronic goods come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
