We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened items. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Yes, all FirmTech electronic goods come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.
